With an IT company as its foundation, our agency leverages AI technology and digital promotion to pioneer a new style of idol production. Having made its debut in May 2026, our idol project is now in full swing — join us and help support the growth of our talents and teams!
Dedicated Manager
Team Structure
- Business operations managed by a woman with an advertising agency background
- Creative direction overseen by a woman who is both a dance instructor and choreographer
- Work content and policies are adjusted weekly through consultation
Requirements
Interest in the entertainment industry or idol activities, with strong and flexible communication skills.
Comfortable using social media, computers, and smartphones for support tasks.
A hands-on, on-site-first attitude with a willingness to attend lives and events, self-management skills, and flexibility to respond to the needs of the talents.

With an IT company as its parent, Harmilia lets you build the AI and digital skills the coming era calls for, naturally, through hands-on work. Even with no prior experience, you grow into someone who puts technology to work.
Use generative AI like Gemini and NotebookLM in everyday work, building real skills in prompt design and AI-assisted planning and research.
Manage tasks and data with Asana and Google Workspace, growing fluent across multiple SaaS tools.
Gain hands-on experience unique to an IT-born agency: social media operations, digital promotion and data-informed decisions on the ground.
